I serve as pastor of the First Baptist Church Whitesburg, Kentucky. This is my second tenure. My first tenure was 1995-2001. In October 2001 I served as chaplain with Mountain Community Hospice in Hazard, Kentucky, continuing part time until 2010. My second tenure as pastor began in January 2003. I am originally from South Carolina. Carol Little and I were married in 1985 and we have two grown children, Robert and Bathany. I enjoy writing and traveling.
